Our designers work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences. In design, we incorporate natural elements such as water, greenery, and natural light, as well as materials such as wood and stone. Encouraging the use of natural systems and processes in design allows for increased exposure to nature, which improves health and well-being. Reduced heart rate variability and pulse rates, lower blood pressure, and increased activity in our nervous systems are just a few of the potential benefits.

Our connections to the natural world have shifted over time in tandem with technological advancements. Advances in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries fundamentally altered how humans interact with nature.  Sheltered from the elements, we spent more and more time indoors. Nowadays, most people spend nearly 80-90% of their time indoors, commuting between their homes and workplaces. Therefore, Interior designers are embracing biophilia.
